The portfolio development phase plays a key role in helping learners showcase their skills to employers or clients.
No prior design experience is required. This course is designed for beginners through to advanced level, with structured support throughout the programme.
Yes. During the first 6 months of coursework, you will begin developing your design portfolio. The final 6 months, learners will additionally work on industry-style briefs to build a strong, professional design portfolio suitable for job applications, freelancing, or starting a business.
The course is challenging, but not overwhelming and it’s designed that way on purpose.
You do not need to be “naturally artistic” or already skilled to succeed. The programme starts with the basics (design principles, visual communication, software foundations) and builds you up step by step to advanced level.

Every student will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will guide them throughout the course. We are with you on your academic journey and will not allow you to fall behind.

All printed and electronic training material are provided.
Students write & perform both theory and practical tests and will have the opportunity to compile their own personal portfolios.
The minimum pass mark is 60% and a certificate will be awarded to each student upon completion. The required attendance has to be fulfilled upon completion. The certification indicates that the learner has been trained at an Adobe Authorised training centre, the professional standard of international recognition for Adobe training partners.
Extra lessons are held once a month on a Saturday free of charge for groups of students who feel they might be falling behind and need extra help. Dates will be scheduled at Keyline’s discretion based on the availability of the training resources.
